It is a young winery that creates new wine from old vines and is overflowing with enthusiasm for its work, which Jorge and Javier Pereira and Camilo Castiñeiras also transmit when it comes to marketing it. Terras Mancas is the fruit of an illusion, the result of the enthusiasm with which these young winegrowers have embarked on making what used to be neglected lands lush and productive vineyards. They participated for the first time in Ourense Vinis Terrae, Salón del Vino y Licores Gallegos de Calidad in 2019 and were one of the great revelations for the professional public. This year, they trust this show again to continue opening markets for this wine that has already conquered several countries.
They take care of and pamper their vineyard in a respectful and sustainable way with the environment that results in quality wines. Its wines are made with the varieties: albariño, godello, loureira and treixadura. They make a fresh white wine, which in the mouth emerges a marked acidity typical of the wines of the area. It is round and with a good passage in the mouth, with the aroma of white flowers, aromatic herbs and a citrus background, a wine full of nuances, which to the eye is scintillating, yellow in color with golden reflections, with an elegant profile.
